Warranty
1 year included as standard
Both the Smart Plunge and all saunas comes with a 1-year warranty at no extra cost. It starts from the date of delivery.
Extending your cover
You can extend warranty cover for $200 per additional year. Ask us when you order, or get in touch at any point during your existing warranty period.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order or quote reference and a description of the problem — photos or a short video usually speed things up. We will come back to you with the next step.
Detailed terms still to be published
The cover period and the extension price above are confirmed. The full written terms — exactly what is and is not covered, how consumable parts are treated, and what a claim requires — are being finalised and will be published here. If you need them before ordering, ask us and we will send them to you directly.
