Frequently asked questions
Do you sell saunas at a fixed price?
No. Every sauna is built to order, so the price depends on the size, the materials and the heating system you choose. Typical builds fall between $3,500 and $5,000. Request a quote and we will price your specific build.
Can I buy the Smart Plunge online?
The Smart Plunge 1.0 is $2,550, plus $100 flat delivery anywhere in the US. We handle orders personally rather than through a checkout — send us an enquiry and we will confirm the total, availability and delivery, then arrange payment with you directly.
Do you supply commercial facilities?
Yes. We supply both home gyms and commercial facilities, including gyms, PT studios and wellness spaces. Commercial buyers usually want to talk through capacity and layout first, so book a call.
What warranty do I get?
Both the saunas and the Smart Plunge include a 1-year warranty as standard. You can extend cover for $200 per additional year.
Do you install?
Installation requirements vary by product and by site. Ask us when you request your quote and we will tell you exactly what is involved for your build.
Will you offer other recovery equipment?
We are adding more recovery tools over time. Right now we supply custom saunas and the Smart Plunge cold plunge.
