What we can tell you now
Most of what we supply is built to order, which affects how returns work — a sauna built to your dimensions is not the same as a stock item.
Separately from returns, every sauna and every Smart Plunge comes with a 1-year warranty, which covers faults rather than change of mind.
If you want the returns position confirmed before ordering, ask us and we will put it in writing for your specific order.
