Privacy
Interim notice — full policy still to be published
What follows is an accurate description of what this website collects and why. A complete, reviewed privacy policy will replace it. If you have a question about your data in the meantime, ask us.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. We do not buy data about you, and we do not track you across other websites.
When you request a quote
- Your name and email address, and your phone number if you give it
- Whether it is for home or commercial use, and your company name if commercial
- Which products you are interested in, and how many
- Your delivery location and ZIP code, if you give them
- Your budget range and timeline, if you choose to say
- Anything you write in the notes field
When you book a call
- Your name and email address
- Whether it is for home or commercial use
- Which products you want to discuss, and any notes you add
Scheduling itself is handled by Calendly, which collects your chosen time and sends the invite and reminders. That is covered by Calendly’s own privacy policy.
When you order
We do not take card payments through this website. Orders are arranged with you directly after your enquiry, so no payment details are ever entered here or stored by us.
Technical information
When you submit a form we store a one-way hash of your IP address, to limit spam and abuse. We do not store the address itself and the hash cannot be reversed back into one.
Marketing
Marketing consent is a separate checkbox that is off by default. We will reply to your enquiry either way — answering you is not marketing. We only send marketing email if you tick that box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Resend (email delivery). We do not sell your data.
Your data
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
