About Recovery Labz

Recovery Labz supplies saunas and cold plunges for home and commercial gyms.

What we do

We supply custom-built saunas — indoor and outdoor, for private home gyms and for commercial facilities — and our own Smart Plunge cold plunge. Saunas are built to order, so you choose the dimensions, the materials and the heating system rather than picking the nearest thing off a shelf.

How we work

Most of what we sell is quoted individually, because most of it is built individually. That means a conversation before a price: what the space is, how many people will use it, what power is available, and what you want to spend. If something will not work, we would rather say so early than sell it to you.

What is next

We are adding more recovery equipment over time. Right now it is saunas and the Smart Plunge — and we would rather do those two properly than spread thin.
