Buying
Why is most of your range quoted rather than priced?
Because most of it is built to order. A sauna's price depends on its dimensions, materials and heating system, so a single fixed price would either overcharge some people or undercharge others. Typical sauna builds land between $3,500 and $5,000.
How much is the Smart Plunge?
$2,550, plus $100 flat delivery anywhere in the US. Send us an enquiry and we will confirm the total and arrange payment with you directly.
Can I buy online right now?
We take enquiries rather than card payments at the moment, so every order starts with a conversation. It means you get a confirmed total including delivery before you pay anything, rather than a checkout estimate.
Do you ship outside the US?
We will, but not at a flat rate. A cold plunge is palletised freight rather than a parcel, and international shipping costs vary enormously by destination — anything we advertised as a single figure would be wrong for most people. Tell us where you are and we will price it properly. Import duty and any local taxes would be payable by you on arrival.
Do you offer finance?
Ask us. We would rather tell you directly what is possible than advertise something that may not apply to your situation.

Indoor or outdoor saunas?
Both. Tell us which when you enquire, because it affects the build.
What are the Smart Plunge's exact dimensions and power draw?
Ask us and we will confirm them in writing. We deliberately do not publish figures we have not verified — an approximate measurement on a spec sheet is worse than none when you are planning a space.
Can a sauna fit an awkward space?
Usually. They are built to your dimensions, so send us the measurements including ceiling height and how you would get it in.
Will you stock other recovery equipment?
We are adding more over time. Right now it is custom saunas and the Smart Plunge.
Delivery, installation and warranty
What warranty do I get?
A 1-year warranty is included on both the saunas and the Smart Plunge. You can extend cover for $200 per additional year.
Do you install?
It depends on the product and the site — electrical supply, base and clearances all matter. Ask during your quote and we will confirm exactly what is involved for your build rather than promising something generic.
How long does delivery take?
Because items are built to order, lead times vary. We confirm a realistic lead time in writing before you commit to anything.
Where do you deliver?
We are based in the United States and quote in US dollars. Tell us your delivery location when you enquire and we will confirm whether we can reach you and what it costs.
